What You’ll Do: As an Oklahoma-licensed therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, PhD), you’ll be an essential part of our provider network. You’ll offer your professional services under an independent contractor arrangement, bringing your expertise and skills to help families thrive. In this role, you will: - Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families in a virtual setting. - Conduct clinical assessments and monitor progress through Manatee’s platform, tailoring treatment plans to each family’s unique needs. - Contribute your expertise to create engaging and actionable content (e.g., activities, handouts, and interventions) for families, helping us maintain a high standard of care. - Collaborate with other providers and share insights to enhance our services, ensuring we remain a leader in family-first mental health care. You’ll succeed in this role if: - You are a licensed mental health professional in Oklahoma (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) and passionate about working with children and families. - You have availability after 330pm CT and can provide a minimum of 8 hours per week of care. - You have 2+ years of experience providing therapy to children and families. - You’re adaptable, forward-thinking, and excited by the challenge of improving mental health for modern families. - You enjoy working independently, managing your own caseload, and being part of a collaborative, innovative team. - You have strong organizational skills and can navigate the flexibility required in a startup environment. - You value humor and kindness as powerful tools for healing and connection. • Provide remote (from home) crisis chat & text interventions for chatters to the suicide hotline. • Make appropriate referrals for available services. • Answer all chats & texts in a timely and professional manner while meeting agency goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Effectively assess clinical situations and needs of all chatters. • Provide safe and effective clinical interventions to all chatters. • Complete clinical documentation thoroughly, clearly, and accurately, including information critical to data collection and reporting to funders. • Forward internal referrals to the appropriate program(s) with all required information in a timely manner. • Work collaboratively with internal and external clients/customers. • Monitor call-in times for clients placed on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch or Safety Follow-Up. • Will be required to work beyond his/her shift with no advance warning if the crisis situation warrants or if required paperwork is not complete at the end of the shift. • Attend all required meetings and training courses, even if they fall outside of the regularly scheduled shift. • Assist the clinical coordinator in training new staff. • Attend in-person meetings, training, and agency activities and events outside of regularly scheduled work hours upon request.

• The Therapist will ensure the quality of services to clients and coordinate day-to-day operations of the program. • Provide direct service counseling, ongoing counseling, prevention services, and education services to adults, families, and youth. • Directly supervise remote (from home) clinical staff. • Answer all chats & texts in a timely and professional manner while meeting agency goals. • Effectively assess clinical situations and needs of all chatters. • Provide quality assurance of the program's service delivery. • Complete clinical documentation thoroughly, clearly, and accurately. • Monitor call-in times for clients placed on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch or Safety Follow-Up. • Attend all required meetings and training courses, even if they fall outside of the regularly scheduled shift. • Comply with and assure compliance by staff with the agency's standard of care for service delivery. • Maintain professional conduct consistent with ethical practice.
