Group Leader US Community
WeRoad
Connecting people, cultures and stories. This is our vision. That’s what drives everything we build. WeRoad exists to create experiences that bring people together through travel - and to build a world where human connection can happen anywhere. We believe the best part of any trip isn’t just where you go. It’s the people you meet, the memories you create, and the connections that stay with you long after you get home. That’s why we’re not just building trips. We’re building a global community. A place where people can meet like-minded travelers, share experiences, and feel at home anywhere in the world. And it doesn’t stop when the trip ends. From after-work drinks to coffee meetups, hikes, and spontaneous plans, we want to create more real-life opportunities for people to connect offline — the old-school way, in the real world. This is what we’ve already built in Europe A community of 5,000+ Group Leaders who share the same passion for people, travel, and human connection. Now we’re starting to build that same energy in the US — and this is your chance to be part of it from the very beginning. 🚀 (Watch the video to feel the energy of the Global Community) What is a WeRoad Group Leader? A Group Leader is not a tour guide. And not just someone who likes to travel. A WeRoad Group Leader is someone who knows how to: - bring people together - set the tone and create the right vibe - make everyone feel included - hold the energy of the group - turn a trip into a real shared experience Because what makes a WeRoad trip special is not just the destination. It’s the people, the atmosphere, the memories, and the connection created along the way. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for people who are naturally great with people. The kind of person others trust, follow, and feel comfortable around. You might be a great fit if you are: - community-oriented - socially and emotionally intelligent - confident in group settings - reliable, grounded and adaptable - full of energy, but also empathetic - excited about creating meaningful experiences with others Why join? Because this is more than just leading a trip. It’s a chance to be part of an international travel community, meet people who share your mindset and energy, and build real connections all around the world. It’s also a chance to be surrounded by people who share your love for travel, people, adventure, connection, unforgettable shared experiences For the right kind of person, this is about: people, belonging, energy, and shared experiences Who should apply We’d love to hear from you if you: - are between 25 and 47 years old - love group experiences and human connection - feel aligned with WeRoad’s vision and values How the selection process works 1. Application Tell us more about who you are and why this feels like the right fit. 2. Final Experience Selected candidates may join a final in-person experience. More details will be shared during the process. Think this sounds like your kind of world? If you’re the kind of person who naturally brings people together and believes travel is really about human connection… we’d love to meet you.
