• Understand functional and non-functional requirements to be added, modified, or removed in integration projects involving Shift software; • Prepare technical design of solutions (architecture and technologies involved) together with leadership and software architects; • Estimate the size of software to be developed or maintained and plan deliverables, the latter in collaboration with the development coordinator; • Implement software requirements in Shift products using official and approved development tools, considering impacts on the system's and application’s business rules; • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the software; • Research, propose, develop and ensure performance solutions for Shift products, anticipating growth rates and deployment alternatives; • Guide support areas when consulting technical documentation and alternative information sources, reproducing issues in a controlled environment when necessary or escalating to support; • Debug source code to identify and fix defects in integrations and Shift solutions; • Perform unit, component and integration tests to deliver software products and solutions with defect rates within Shift’s established limits; • Propose product improvements and emergency fixes for clients; • Respond to technical inquiries from internal teams, identifying client needs, proposing process and function changes, negotiating solution alternatives, and recommending adoption of new methods and techniques to ensure delivery of solutions; • Interact with the business team to clarify questions and, when necessary, suggest adjustments to functional requirements; • Mentor Integration Development Analysts (Mid and Junior), interns and trainees in their roles, providing training, guidance and delivery follow-up; • Create technical designs of solutions (architecture and technologies involved) together with leadership, senior analysts and software architects; • Contribute to the development of architecture artifacts and reference materials for Shift solutions; • Track hours dedicated to software development throughout the software development lifecycle; • Inform leadership of any blockers during the development process; • Ensure quality in the execution of area routines and processes; • Reevaluate personal routines and working methods, suggesting more effective methodologies and procedures; • Actively contribute to other processes in Shift’s product development lifecycle; • Identify root causes of problems that may compromise code or Shift software quality using appropriate tools and techniques; • Research, evaluate, recommend and enable proofs of concept for new technologies that can be used in Shift’s software development activities; • Ensure delivery of Shift products within defined parameters of schedule, quality, cost and scope; • When required, review and analyze peers’ code using code review techniques; • Participate in code inspection meetings with voting rights to approve or reject artifacts/components of software; • Actively participate in creating and maintaining the coding checklist (standard checker), systematic maintenance and review of the knowledge base and evaluation/revision of software development lifecycle processes; • Support the development coordination in implementing continuous improvement processes; • When required, engage in pair programming to optimize the development process and mentor peers; • Lead technical meetings with clients or other vendors to gather information, define technical requirements and follow up on integration homologation with Shift products.

• Develop responsive, mobile-first websites with pixel-perfect attention to detail. • Implement and maintain sites on Shopify and WordPress (with occasional Webflow projects). • Translate designs into interactive experiences, including animations and dynamic features. • Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with design and project teams to bring creative ideas to life. • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

• Define and own the frontend architecture roadmap for Infinia • Establish long-term framework and tooling strategy • Build high-performance applications using modern UI technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Next.js) • Integrate AI capabilities into the UI experience • Define and enforce CI/CD best practices • Lead design, implementation, and automation of frontend QE practices • Guide architectural reviews and mentor other engineers • Establish coding standards, testing strategies, and quality benchmarks • Enforce strict frontend security best practices • Ensure UI meets enterprise performance, scalability, and reliability requirements • Influence product direction with technical insight • Translate complex storage and distributed systems concepts into intuitive user experiences • Partner cross-functionally with backend, platform, security, and DevOps teams
