Learning Experience Designer I

Inicie

• Structure and design learning experiences in synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid modalities. • Map the target audience and adapt language, approach, and strategy according to the learning objectives. • Transform content into learning experiences by organizing learning paths, curriculum matrices, contact hours, and the learner journey. • Define learning objectives, competencies, and educational strategies aligned with the audience and expected outcomes. • Develop content and instructional materials for different formats and media, ensuring quality and learner engagement. • Apply active methodologies (such as flipped classroom and project-based learning) in experience design. • Define assessment formats, monitor learners, and build assessment rubrics. • Propose interactive approaches and appropriate digital resources (learning objects). • Review, adapt, and improve content in partnership with content creators. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences, proposing continuous improvements. • Organize and maintain up-to-date project documentation and materials. • Stay current on trends and innovations in education and learning design.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Teaching (Licenciatura), or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a lead/full-time teacher.
  • Specialization in instructional design.
  • Strong command of written and spoken Portuguese.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google for Education tools and features.
  • Experience creating educational content for publishers (editorial market).
  • Strong ability to synthesize information.
  • Attention to detail in document formatting and writing standards.
  • Differentials:
  • Specialization in instructional design and at least 2 years of experience in the education market.
  • Google Certified Educator Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.
  • Knowledge and experience using Google tools.
  • Experience designing and implementing projects using flipped classroom and project-based learning methodologies.
  • Knowledge in creating learning objects using open-source resources, storytelling, creative learning, artificial intelligence, active methodologies, and maker culture.
  • Spanish language skills are desirable.
