Role Statement This role will be responsible for transforming client ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinet designs, ensuring that each project meets both quality standards and client expectations. This role will work closely with our branch level sales teams to create quotes, designs, and support ongoing projects. Outcomes for Success - Review customer information gathered by the sales team and develop accurate designs and quotes - Support showroom teams by preparing layouts, estimates, and product selections in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy in specifications, pricing, and orders - Help move projects forward through strong coordination with sales, vendors, and operations - Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, changes, and invoices following company guidelines - Communicate and coordinate with yard, store, and office teams to ensure smooth project execution - Support sales staff to resolve customer service issues such as returns, credits, and adjustments as needed - Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal team members - May perform other duties as assigned.
