• Management of logistics operations: Monitor orders from invoicing through to customer delivery • Monitor delivery deadlines and take proactive measures to prevent delays • Ensure correct picking, packing and shipment of orders • Manage and monitor carriers/transport providers • Support route planning and freight selection • Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs • Prepare reports and analyses to support management • Collaborate with Sales, Production and Billing teams • Ensure alignment of information and deadlines • Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements

• Daily adherence to and compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to the Office of Foreign Assets Control, as well as, adhering to company policies, procedures and client requirements; • Maintain an understanding of global sanctions regulations; • Conduct team’s daily execution of duties related to complying with various global sanctions programs • Complete initial alert adjudication and investigations resulting from watchlist alerts generated by automated screening tools and escalate as needed to the Level 2 Senior Global Sanctions Compliance Analyst(s); • Identify and escalate any issues that impact the quality of the alerts generated; • Ensure appropriate action is taken on accounts that appear to be associated with a true match to a sanctioned individual, entity and/or group; • Collaborate with appropriate teams to develop effective strategies to assist with testing; • Following up with appropriate channels when problems are found; • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with management; • Assist in automating compliance department functionality and make recommendations on ways to make internal processes more efficient; • Supporting the creation of training materials and operating procedures for the overall sanctions compliance and platform testing team; • Work and contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment; • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Respond to Security Questionnaires : Complete security questionnaires and vendor risk assessments by leveraging existing documentation and established response frameworks. • Research and Draft Responses : Research and provide accurate answers to client security and compliance questions using internal policies and control libraries. • Reference Compliance Evidence : Retrieve and validate supporting evidence from platforms such as Drata, Vanta, or SecureFrame to substantiate responses. • Collaborate with Internal Teams : Coordinate with compliance and security teams to verify information and ensure consistency across all submissions. • Ensure Timely and Accurate Delivery : Finalize and submit all security documentation accurately, comprehensively, and within required deadlines.

- Participar da análise e estudo da legislação fiscal, com o objetivo de orientar adequadamente a empresa e as áreas envolvidas; - Analisar operações fiscais, verificando se os lançamentos estão corretos e realizados dentro dos prazos estabelecidos; - Assegurar que a empresa possua toda a literatura fiscal atualizada, mantendo contato com repartições públicas sempre que necessário para esclarecimento de dúvidas ou adequação a novas legislações; - Realizar o lançamento de notas fiscais de entrada (recebimento) por meio do sistema SAP, incluindo o registro das informações necessárias para a execução das atividades; - Analisar, processar e efetuar o lançamento dos seguintes documentos fiscais: - Notas fiscais de materiais; - Notas fiscais de serviços; - Conhecimentos de Transporte Eletrônico (CT-e).
