Aufgaben - Content Creation & Social Media - Erstellen von Social-Media-Content (Reels, Clips, Grafiken, Captions) - Unterstützung bei der Content-Planung & -Strategie (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) - Videodreh und Schnitt für Lernplattformen & Onlinekurse - Erstellung von Präsentationen (Canva / PowerPoint) - Unterstützung bei Newsletter, Blogartikeln und Website-Content - Aufbereitung von Workshops & Vorträgen in visuellen Formaten - Inhalte & Projekte (Mental Health & Coaching) - Unterstützung bei Ausbildungen im Bereich Stressregulation & Mental Health - Recherche zu Themen wie Stress, Nervensystem, Ernährung, Atmung, Performance & Psychologie - Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Workbooks, Skripten und Seminarunterlagen - Begleitung von Events, Workshops & Vorträgen (auf Wunsch) - Einblick in Coaching-Methoden, Tools & Konzepte - Organisation & Backoffice - Kleinere administrative Tätigkeiten - Unterstützung im Projektmanagement - Strukturierung von Lernmaterialien - Vorbereitung von Workshops, Präsentationen & Trainings Qualifications - Pflichtpraktikum (Uni / FH) – z. The Revenue & Marketing Unit is responsible for CARE Canada’s externally facing initiatives. The Content Creator Specialist is responsible for developing compelling, mission-driven content that engages audiences, strengthens brand storytelling, and supports digital marketing and communications initiatives. This role combines creative content production, editorial storytelling, and digital content strategy to produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content across multiple channels. The Content Creator Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify powerful stories, transform complex information into engaging narratives, and create content that drives awareness, engagement, and audience growth. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Communications & Public Engagement, the Content creator will work closely with marketing, communications, and program teams, to contribute to editorial planning, develop impactful storytelling assets, and ensure content is optimized for digital platforms and audience needs. WHAT YOU OFFER / ABOUT YOU - 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, editorial storytelling, or digital content marketing. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Experience producing long-form and short-form editorial content. - Experience managing digital content using WordPress or other CMS platforms. - Knowledge of SEO best practices, accessibility standards (AODA) and digital content optimization. - Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate content performance. - Ability to translate complex subject matter into accessible, engaging narratives. WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU EXTRAORDINARY - Experience creating visual content and digital graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. - Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools. - Experience developing and managing content calendars and editorial workflows. - Familiarity with social media content publishing and platform optimization. - Experience supporting major editorial publications or reports. - Knowledge of accessible content design and inclusive storytelling practices. • Build one or multiple UGC accounts on TikTok and Instagram to drive downloads, WOM, and growth.
• Create and star in short-form video content for Instagram, X, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You're on camera, regularly. • Produce end-to-end: concept, script, shoot, edit, publish. No waiting around for a production team. You are the production team. • Film content featuring the CEO, our product, and our users: interviews, walkthroughs, reactions, vlogs, mini-documentaries. Our users have incredible stories, and we owe it to them to tell those stories beautifully. • Repurpose content across platforms and formats to squeeze maximum reach out of every single shoot. • Collaborate with leadership on creative direction and brand voice, then move fast to ship it. • Track what's working, experiment with hooks, formats, and trends, and iterate based on real engagement data.
