Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: Our team is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a remote position focused on therapy and behavioral health support. You will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, provide treatment, document care, and help clients improve their day-to-day functioning. This role is a good fit for a clinician who wants a predictable schedule and the ability to provide care from home without losing the clinical depth of the work. Responsibilities: - Deliver evidence-based therapy services through telehealth - Complete psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations - Create clinical treatment plans and set measurable goals - Keep documentation current, thorough, and compliant - Support clients through ongoing treatment and follow-up care - Identify safety concerns and respond using proper protocols - Maintain regular communication with clients regarding care goals
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in Virginia
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms
