Sales Development Representative
OpenSesame
• partner closely with Account Executives to design and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns • create meaningful, qualified conversations with HR, Learning, and Talent leaders across the globe • master the art of personalized, data-informed outreach • leverage automation to connect with people and help them solve real business challenges • execute account-based outbound strategies that align with Marketing campaigns and AE priorities
Job Requirements

- ability to design and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns
- experience using cutting-edge tools like Gong Engage, Qualified, ZoomInfo Co-pilot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ChatGPT Enterprise
- ability to balance automation with authenticity
- mastery of OpenSesame’s core messaging and discovery framework
- collaboration skills to work closely with Account Executives
