Sales Admin, Customer Support Specialist

Elevate and Delegate

- Manage inbound customer interactions via **calls, emails, text messages, and live chat**; conduct **outbound calls as needed** - Provide product recommendations and accurately process orders with a friendly, customer-first approach - Communicate clearly and effectively across all channels to ensure customer understanding - Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and file/monitor claims with shipping providers - Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems, including tracking customer behavior - Handle billing inquiries and support accounts receivable processes - Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success - Perform data entry and basic data analysis as required - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
