Job Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong JavaScript experience in a professional setting, with demonstrated React development skills.
- Experience building accessible frontends backed by knowledge of accessibility standards.
- Java experience building or maintaining backend services in a production environment.
- Comfort working across the full stack — frontend, backend, and integration points between systems.
- Experience working in complex or legacy environments with existing codebases and infrastructure you didn't build.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is contractually required for this role.
- Comfort operating under ambiguity — able to make sound decisions and keep moving when requirements are still taking shape.
- Strong time management and the ability to self-direct in a distributed, asynchronous team.
- Clear, direct communication: raises blockers early, asks good questions, and contributes to team alignment.
