Job Requirements
- High school diploma, preferred
- 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
- Experience managing a high-volume call center team
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech or Cerner
- Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
