Role Description The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating a variety of manufacturing equipment under supervision. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. - Operate assigned equipment efficiently and accurately. - Ensure production targets and schedules are met. - Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications. - Promptly notify the Machine Group Leader of any quality issues or deviations. - Report equipment malfunctions or downtime to the Group Leader immediately. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and using appropriate protective equipment. - Support other team members and departments as needed. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. - Familiarity with component identification and IPC-A-610 standards. - Ability to follow detailed written instructions and work with hand tools. - Strong multitasking and time management skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Willingness to operate various machines as directed by the supervisor.
