Motion Designer

PlayMe Studio

• Create advertising videos for mobile applications (up to 60 seconds) • Work with dynamics, tempo, and visual hooks • Animate graphics, UI elements, and text • Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms • Collaborate with designers, marketing, and management within a team of ~10 people

Job Requirements

  • Middle-level experience as a Motion Designer
  • Confident use of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma
  • Understanding of advertising video dynamics, pacing, and visual hooks
  • Ability to create engaging hooks in the first seconds of a video
  • Strong sense of rhythm, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to animate graphics, UI elements, and text
  • Ability to work in a team and accept feedback
  • Ukrainian language proficiency - intermediate level or higher
  • Experience using AI tools in creative work (Kling AI, Runway, Midjourney, and other AI services) will be a plus
  • Experience in performance marketing or mobile advertising will be a plus
  • Understanding of video advertising trends will be a plus
