This role will be part of building and operating a mission‑critical IVR & Analytics platform that supports real‑time customer interaction flows and data‑driven decisioning at scale. The Senior Cloud Database Administrator is responsible for the operation and reliability of cloud-based databases supporting both Real-time IVR / application workloads and analytics platforms (ETL pipelines, data warehouse, reporting). This role ensures high availability, performance, security, and recoverability of mission-critical databases in a large-scale, production environment, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams. Success in this role will be measured by maintaining stable, highly available production databases, delivering optimized performance for both transactional and analytics workloads, and ensuring fast incident resolution with clear root cause analysis.
