Role Description Au sein de la section ATRIUM, l’administrateur technico-fonctionnel du système d’information ATRIUM est en charge, avec son homologue au sein de la section : - Support utilisateur de niveau 2 du SI : réponse aux tickets des référents ATRIUM qui constituent le premier niveau de support. En cas d’incapacité à résoudre ou d’anomalie avérée, escalade du problème vers le support de niveau 3 assurée par le prestataire de TMA et suivi du dossier jusqu’à sa correction : mise en œuvre de la solution ou test du correctif sur l’ensemble des environnements ante-production et organisation de la mise en production. - Administration technico-fonctionnelle du SI (gestion des comptes utilisateurs, mises à jour des référentiels, etc.). - Paramétrage de l’outil tant dans le cadre des besoins d’amélioration de l’outil remontés par les utilisateurs ou que dans le cadre des évolutions du SI. - Maintien à jour et alimentation de la documentation des procédures support. L’administrateur technico-fonctionnel du système d’information ATRIUM sera amené à : - Participer aux revues de tickets hebdomadaires internes à la section, aux réunions des référents du SI Atrium bimensuelles ainsi qu’aux comités opérationnels hebdomadaires du SI ATRIUM en présence du titulaire du marché de maintenance. - Produire des requêtes SQL pour répondre à des commandes ponctuelles de la hiérarchie. - Assister le chef de section sur tout besoin d’analyse technico-fonctionnelle de l’outil. Qualifications - Junior ou personne expérimentée doté d’un diplôme ou d’une bonne expérience dans le domaine du numérique nécessaire. - Une expérience dans l’administration et le paramétrage d’outils informatiques est souhaitée. - Des connaissances en SQL sont un plus.
