Senior Manager, Product Management – Enterprise Website

• Shape the multi-year roadmap for the enterprise website. • Prioritize major features based on strategic business goals. • Own the overall Return on Investment (ROI) for the website as a digital product. • Manage a team dedicated to continuous improvement of website performance. • Champion a seamless digital experience that spans the entire customer lifecycle from lead generation to advocacy. • Collaborate and drive organizational alignment across teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management focused on digital products
- At least 5 years of experience in the management or mentorship of product managers or product teams
- At least 5 years of experience driving measurable results related to digital platforms, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer adoption.
- Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale.
- Expert-level knowledge of the entire B2B Customer Lifecycle, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
- Deep understanding of CMS and martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Contentful, Optimizely, Marketo).
- Experience with SalesTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with web performance, security, SEO, AI, and content governance best practices.
- Strong grasp of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and user behavior analytics.
- Certification in an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum Product Owner).
