• In this role, you will exercise your technical expertise to design features that have a major impact on the whole product, review feature designs from other engineers, and investigate challenging bugs and customer issues. • Developing Workbench features and bug fixes for launching and managing data science IDE sessions in a cluster. • Gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback about features. • Driving an exceptional customer experience through creativity, product-mindedness, and technical innovation. • Designing and developing features using multiple languages. • Creating automated unit and end-to-end tests.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of our core platform that powers our ATS, Video, Scheduling, and Telephony integrations along with our flagship AI features. • Work in lockstep with Product and Design, moving quickly to design, build, and refine features throughout the entire stack from data pipelines, database performance, and prompt engineering through the backend, and all the way to frontend interactions. • Focus on the performance and stability of the platform along with new product features to enable integrations, AI, and customer workflows. • Work on the output quality of AI features and make sure users get accurate, on-brand AI outputs fast. • Work on features like automated video recording and transcription, AI notes and summaries, scalable platforms for 250,000 interviews per month, and customizable interview summaries.

• Primary point of contact (POC) and subject matter experts (SME) for medium and/or low voltage power distribution products. • Focus on testing and qualifying new products and processes, supporting the transition of those products and processes into manufacturing. • Assist in the coordination and management of new product introduction schedules and activities, and cross-product issues throughout the product life cycle. • Develop, maintain, and finalize engineering documentation for production and commercial use. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering) to align product engineering activities with business objectives. • Work with suppliers for product maintenance activities including product obsolescence and redesign. Coordinate action plans with internal teams to support product maintenance needs. • Provide engineering leadership and technical support across the entire product lifecycle, including continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop training materials for internal teams and customers on product features and applications.

• Design separate components, modules, classes, devices • Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software and hardware • Perform different types of testing • Participate in estimation and planning sessions • Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation • Provide assistance to test engineers and support personnel in solving technical issues of software installation and its operation • Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partners • Comply with the best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria set forth on the project • Report status and progress according to the project and company demands • Spot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures, and engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements • Escalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager
