Role Description As Brand Manager, you are at the heart of our goal to build a vibrant and impactful brand. You’ll play a key role in empowering and aligning across Brand, Legal, Communications, Marketing, and Partner teams, fostering a spirit of partnership and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities - Brand Guidelines, Systems & Trademark Usage: - Drive the evolution of our brand’s strategy, visual identity, and voice to ensure seamless scaling. - Apply strong expertise in brand strategy, visual identity, and brand voice to successfully expand our brand. - Review and guide the use of brand assets, trademarks, and co-branding initiatives to ensure consistency and impact. - Demonstrate sound brand judgment in fast-moving, cross-functional environments to maintain brand excellence. - Provide clear, constructive feedback to partners, vendors, and internal teams to enhance brand alignment. - Manage trademark usage governance, collaborating with Legal on filings and enforcement as needed. - Review and approve all third-party uses of company marks, including those by partners, channel organizations, vendors, agencies, customers, and non-channel third parties. - Empower others to use brand assets and trademarks creatively and effectively, providing mentorship and insight for impactful co-branding initiatives that drive business growth. - Oversee and maintain brand guidelines and portals to ensure consistency and accessibility. - Direct brand intake systems and workflows, including efficiently responding to brand review requests and managing brand guideline portals. - Continuously enhance governance processes to boost clarity, speed, and scalability. - Co-Marketing & Partner Brand Reviews: - Act as a brand steward across the partner ecosystem, protecting brand equity while enabling effective partner marketing. - Act as the primary point of contact for co-marketing brand questions and approvals. - Review and approve co-marketing logo lockups, partner and co-branded campaign assets, and co-marketing materials. - Partner Program Branding: - Collaborate with Channel Programs and Partner teams to hold quarterly brand check-ins to ensure brand consistency and alignment and deliver brand support during the rollout of new programs. - Drive brand strategy and lead execution for HPE’s Partner Ready Vantage program and related initiatives. - Ensure all partner content meets established brand standards and endorsement policies. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in brand management, brand operations, partner marketing, or brand governance (tech or B2B preferred). - Deep understanding of brand standards and governance, trademark usage and endorsement principles, channel, partner and co‑marketing models. - Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance brand protection and business enablement. - Detail‑oriented, with a strong ability to see work through from intake to final execution. - Comfortable owning systems, processes, and high‑volume approvals. - Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally with sales, partner, and marketing teams. - Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
