Job Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Zambia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers remotely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple customer accounts.
