Transcriptionist – Full-Time
Intellectix
• Transcribe audio and video recordings of meetings, conferences, interviews, and legal proceedings • Review and edit transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting • Deliver 99-100% accurate transcripts requiring no rework • Perform regular quality checks on transcripts to ensure consistent accuracy and reliability • Maintain strict confidentiality of all conversations and documents
Job Requirements
- Certified by the American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers (AAERT) or a minimum of one year of experience transcribing
- Knowledge of and experience using transcription equipment and software
- Attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language
- Familiarity with general transcription standards, practices, and formatting guidelines
- Comfortable balancing multiple and shifting priorities while adhering to strict deadlines
- Ability to consistently follow detailed policies and procedures
