Soulhouse
• You actively contribute to the Soulhouse platform — from the booking flow and member area to managing vouchers, customers, and bookings • You work on the admin backend used by our entire team (reception, managers, experts) • You use AI tools extensively in development to bring features to life faster • You think beyond code: Which features deliver real value? How can we solve problems elegantly? • You actively contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions — we want your perspective • You write precise product requirements and well-considered implementation plans that serve as the basis for AI-assisted development • You review and critically evaluate generated code — AI writes fast, but you ensure it is high quality • You ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of the overall architecture • You help define and enforce technical standards • You work fully remote using Microsoft Teams and Jira • You share your knowledge and learn from others — we grow together • You communicate proactively about progress, challenges, and proposed solutions
Job Requirements
- TypeScript & JavaScript: Strong knowledge of modern web technologies
- PostgreSQL: Strong experience with relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or MariaDB
- MongoDB: Basic experience working with document databases and MQL
- REST APIs & GraphQL: Confident handling of API design and querying
- Frontend: Good knowledge of React and Vue.js, UI component libraries, and of course HTML and CSS
- Full-stack frameworks: Initial experience with Next.js or Nuxt
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, GitHub Actions, Sentry, and agile methodologies
- Automation platforms: n8n, make.com, Zapier, as well as developing custom agents
- AI-driven coding: Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Open Code, and more
- Mindset: Innovative drive, independence, ownership, and enthusiasm for new technologies
