Key Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Implementing best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability. - Conducting thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Mentoring junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment. This role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least 3 days per week in the assigned office (Chandler AZ, Charlotte NC, Plano TX, Addison TX, Atlanta GA, or Kennesaw GA)* Qualification Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 5 years' experience with Java J2E - Minimum of 5 years' experience with Core Java - Minimum of 5 years' experience with Junit - Minimum of 3 years' experience with BDD - Minimum of 1 years' experience with Apache Kafka Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with containerization. - Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, Build Management, and REST API Development. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development - Ability to implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability. - Experience testing and debugging applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - History of staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Experience mentoring junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
