• Support the definition and implementation of governance standards, policies, and procedures for business master data. • Manage and oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). • Monitor data quality and support initiatives to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Act as a subject matter expert for master data structures and processes within the ERP environment. • Support business teams by ensuring reliable master data for pricing, quoting, reporting, and operational processes. • Ensure master data processes comply with internal policies, quality standards, and audit requirements. • Collaborate with business, finance, and IT stakeholders to improve master data processes and governance. • Support system implementations, data migration activities, and data cleansing initiatives related to master data.
