Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Scope Summary The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will support the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting, ensuring alignment with CompTIA, Inc's growth objectives and private equity ownership priorities. This role will play a pivotal part in executing weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, delivering actionable financial insights and supporting functional and executive leadership with data driven analysis to drive profitable growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Performance Management & reporting: Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting packages including variance analysis vs budget and prior year •Track and manage key operating metrics and KPIs •Support preparation of board reporting materials •Partner with department leaders to analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities •Enhance FP&A processes, reporting automation and data integrity •Partner with Accounting and the Functions to improve Financial visibility across the business Key Performance Metrics •EBITDA margin improvement •Revenue growth rate (MRR/ARR) •Forecast accuracy and budget variance •Monitor the ratio of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Lifetime Value (LTV) to access the efficiency of customer acquisition efforts and ensure scalability while maintaining profitability •Prepare for potential exit by tracking metrics such as recurring revenue composition, customer churn, gross margin, and retention rates Skills and Qualifications •Data oriented, capable of excelling with big data sets •Strong analytical and problem solving skills •Ability to operate in a fast paced, results oriented environment •Strong communication skills •High attention to detail with strong financial acumen and strong business judgement •Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across departments •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus •Advanced Financial Modeling and Excel skills •Experience in a Private Equity backed company and high growth environment preferred •experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or investment Banking Education and/or Experience •Degree preferred but not required for the role •6+ years of direct experience in related field

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: • Develop, negotiate global study budgets based on the requirements of a study protocol. • Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements • Work with supervisor and various internal/external key stakeholders to resolve/escalate contractual issues • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards. • Update relevant study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution. • Coordinate execution of agreements • Support the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving. • Recognize where processes can be improved and take corrective action. • Other tasks, as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Required: • Bachelors degree, or equivalent level of contract management experience preferably in a clinical research or similar industry setting Other Required: • 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to clinical research i.e. Non-Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, etc. as well as management, control and tracking of the contract process. • Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
