• Manage a portfolio of clients having varied requirements for document processing relating to Import/Export and other similar businesses • Coordinate with various parties on behalf of the client e.g. Freight and forwarding agent/shipping company, Insurance agent, banks etc to procure necessary information and documents for onward submission of documents under Letter of Credit (LC). • Counter check all documents like purchase/sale contracts, Bill of lading/AWB, Inspection documents etc, received with reference to the LC • Examine any additional documents/certificates requirement in terms of the LC and prepare/arrange for the same • Ensure correct submissions to the bank within stipulated time frame • Coordinate for any discrepancies that may be raised by the bank and ensure settlement of the same. • Maintain tracking sheet of various shipments and the respective timelines to ensure tasks are completed well within deadlines • Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned by clients under the BPO portfolio.

• Work 2-5 days per week - the choice is yours • Full marketing and admin support is provided • Huge referral base with an “instant” patient load, current waiting time is about 3 - 6 months, so you will be able to build your practice very quickly • Support and mentorship provided by the Lead Psychiatrist if needed • Interest in general adult / child-adolescent psychiatry is highly desirable. • Connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support and linking them into support services and resources available to them • Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals • Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client population • Provide initial early intervention Triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services • Undertaking of relevant case coordination activity including liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; and creation of appropriate documentation such as a treatment plans or other documentation as required

• Handle inbound/outbound travel inquiries in Danish • Assist with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings • Provide travel advice and customized itinerary planning • Manage changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction • Maintain accurate records in booking systems
