Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in video editing and production, preferably within e-commerce.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; ability to use other video editing tools is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta ads, and short-form video best practices.
  • Proficient in applying motion graphics, transitions, captions, and color grading.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).

You'll build and lead an empowered product organization focused on outcomes over outputs, working directly with distributed engineering teams across the US and UK to solve real security challenges. You'll own business outcomes, drive the strategic shift from traditional video management to AI-native security intelligence, and shape the future of physical security. What You'll Do - Lead Product Strategy: Define the multi-year vision and strategy for the video platform. Make portfolio-level investment decisions and guide your PM team in positioning us competitively while solving critical customer problems. - Drive AI-Native Transformation: Lead the strategic transition from video management to AI-native physical security intelligence. Define how AI capabilities fundamentally reshape what our platform delivers to customers. - Build Product Talent: Recruit: mentor, and develop high-performing product managers.
