• Diseñar e implementar integraciones entre Snowflake y los distintos agentes de IA. • Parametrizar flujos de datos y modelos semánticos consumidos por soluciones GenAI. • Colaborar en la definición de la arquitectura de gobernanza de datos e IA. • Unificar y normalizar información procedente de múltiples fuentes internas (documentación, sistemas departamentales, herramientas propias). • Desarrollar e integrar módulos de web scraping para la captura de información externa y su enriquecimiento en modelos analíticos o grafos. • Participar en análisis avanzados: estructurado, semántico, predictivo y contextual, según el tipo de dato. • Trabajar de forma coordinada con equipos de data, IA y plataforma.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia sólida trabajando con Snowflake en entornos analíticos.
- Conocimiento práctico de arquitecturas de datos cloud (AWS y/o Azure)
- Experiencia en soluciones de IA / GenAI, idealmente con: Modelos GPT y/o Gemini RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Orquestación de agentes o flujos conversacionales (LangGraph o similar)
- Conocimiento de Kubernetes y entornos contenerizados.

Job Description Summary Legal Reports is the squad responsible for generating and operating regulatory banking reports for supervisory authorities such as the Central Bank of Brazil, the Federal Revenue Service, and international regulators. We work heavily with data engineering and backend development, using Golang as our primary programming language, extensive use of SQL, and distributed processing with Spark/Databricks, as well as Trino/Superset. Our infrastructure is based on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, and Glue. Platform observability is handled through Honeycomb and Grafana, integrated with OpsGenie, ensuring end‑to‑end visibility. What you'll do: - Development and maintenance of scalable and reliable services, primarily using Golang and other JVM-related or cloud-native technologies, with deployment on AWS. - Own the development of efficient, readable, testable, and well-documented code aligned with the squad’s technical direction and business goals. - Actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including technical planning, system design, hands-on coding, testing, deployment, and production support. - Lead the design and execution of robust testing strategies, ensuring high coverage of business logic and reliability across distributed systems. - Proactively contribute to the growth of other engineers through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and by fostering engineering excellence within the squad. - Ensure system stability, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring, observability practices, incident response, and participation in on-call rotations. - Execute and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, creating and managing AWS resources as needed. - Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams, participating in technical analysis to translate product requirements into high-quality technical solutions. - Monitor applications using logs, metrics, and tracing tools, identifying and resolving issues in distributed systems environments. - Consistently contribute to technical decisions related to system design, scalability, performance, technical debt, and cloud cost efficiency. - Keep up with emerging technology trends and contribute insights to squad-level and collective-level technical discussions. - Be recognized for delivering high-quality, impactful technical solutions within the team and across collectives.
