Regional Vice President, Mid-Large Segment – Midwest

• Develop and grow retirement plan sales in the Midwest territory (Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North & South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana & Michigan) • Provide consultative, proactive sales support to financial advisors, consultants, and third-party administrators, including ERISA and plan design expertise • Demonstrate deep proficiency in John Hancock RPS products, service models, ancillary benefits, and competitor offerings • Collaborate with internal partners including RVPs, sales desks, SRMs, DVPs, National Accounts, SMEs, Operations, Implementation, Marketing, and Communications • Participate in RFP preparation and the full sales preparation process, including prospect analysis, plan design recommendations, and presentation delivery

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of industry experience in retirement plans or financial services
  • 3+ years of proven experience in external retirement plan sales, ERISA consulting, communications, operations, or implementation
  • Active and maintained relevant licenses (Life/Health, Series 6, or equivalent)
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
