• The Regional Business Director will be directly responsible for the management and profitability of their territory and their Territory Business Managers (TBMs) including managing their performance and consistently providing quality feedback, coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. • The Regional Business Director will provide leadership necessary to achieve sales goals for marketed products in a region. • Develop and maintain relationships with key physician practices, hospitals/clinics, and patient advocacy organizations. • Ensure compliance with all Company, industry and government laws or guidelines regarding ethical standards.

• Lead cultural resources projects, business development opportunities and provide successful and independent management of archaeological and historic resources projects, including direction of field studies and assembly, supervision and direction of field teams. • Lead/Principal investigator for cultural resources projects include performing research, archaeological fieldwork surveys, monitoring, testing, and data recovery projects, historical research, preservation activities, report preparation, site forms and curation of archaeological artifacts. • Coordinate project mobilization and demobilization to project sites. • Provide successful and independent management of archaeological and historic resources projects, including direction of field studies and assembly, supervision, and direction of field teams. • Support Section 106 and Section 110 of the NHPA, including analysis, technical studies and project permitting for a wide variety of private, federal, state and local government clients and tribal entities. • Mentor and provide technical and operations resources for staff and project managers and supervise cultural staff. • Lead technical and strategy elements of proposal development including scope, schedule and budget. • Meeting project scope, schedule, and budget obligations for project management tasks. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical products through implementation of independent and quality review protocols.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you'll be accountable for all engineering aspects of your game — from architecture decisions and code quality standards to team development and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Technical Director or equivalent, shipping and operating mobile free-to-play or live service titles with deep understanding of the full development lifecycle. - Strong technical credibility in Unity and mobile game development, with the ability to make sound architectural decisions, review code meaningfully, and mentor engineers effectively. - Track record of building high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — developing talent, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high standards. - Experience as a cross-functional partner who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, influence without authority, and align engineering with business goals. - Fluency with the free-to-play business model and designing systems that support monetization, live operations, and data-driven iteration. - Passion for solving problems from first principles and finding innovative solutions rather than defaulting to convention. - Clear, direct communicator who builds trust across a globally distributed, remote-first team spanning multiple time zones. - Self-directed ownership mentality — you identify what needs to happen and drive it forward while keeping stakeholders aligned.
