• Organize and host wallet account opening sessions to onboard new users to XRP Black Star NEXUS • Educate individuals and groups on the fundamentals of cryptocurrency —storing, sending, receiving, and leveraging digital assets • Develop partnerships with colleges, community groups, businesses, and influencers to promote adoption • Create marketing and social media content to attract potential users • Assist in converting crypto assets into profit by leveraging financial strategies • Track and analyze adoption metrics and user engagement to measure impact

• Experience in developing Blockchain applications or proof-of-concepts (POC) using NFT , Ethereum Solidity or other proprietary language and APIs. • Able to handle cryptocurrency development / crypto exchange development, Wallet, Involve in development of Ethereum ERC721, ERC1155,TRC 721 • Block Chain based App Development as well as Token Development. • Strong understanding and experience in developing blockchain and distributed ledger technologies, smart contracts, consensus algorithms. • Proficient with one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, NodeJS, Python • Sound understanding of distributed systems, operating system principles, AwS. • Hands-on experience in distributed computing frameworks (such as MPI, distributed DBs, Map-Reduce, TelosB, Blockchain etc.) • Experience with database architecture and design to create storage solution for managing distributed ledger and related data/state in files/database system. • Proven track record of strong verbal/written communication & system solution skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams across the world
