• As a Staff Frontend Software Engineer, your role will focus on developing and enhancing key features for our web applications. • You will be responsible for creating and refining features that are both user-centric and technologically advanced, contributing significantly to our product's overall functionality and user experience.

• Architect and develop a robust and scalable frontend platform, ensuring seamless integration with supporting systems and services • Lead the design and implementation of a consistent and reusable component library, improving the efficiency and maintainability of our web interfaces • Collaborate with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to ensure frontend alignment with the overall product strategy • Optimize the platform for performance, ensuring fast loading times and a smooth user experience across various devices and browsers • Regularly review and update the frontend architecture to keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Collaborate daily with the designers team to bring to live new website pages with pixel - level precision. • Implement lead processing pipelines: validation, deduplication, enrichment (e.g., firmographics), scoring hooks, and routing to CRM/MA (Salesforce/HubSpot). • Integrate with third-party SaaS (CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP/intent tools) via webhooks/queues with retries and idempotency. • Ensure data quality and compliance (consent, opt-in, audit logs), plus robust error handling and observability (logs/metrics/traces). • Support experimentation and personalization-friendly architectures (feature flags, configuration services, edge-friendly APIs) with performance in mind. • Optimize performance and cost: caching strategies (edge/CDN, Redis), efficient queries, and scalable patterns. • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing (unit/integration), code reviews, documentation, and runbooks. • Collaborate with Front-end and Growth to translate campaign requirements into reliable services with clear SLAs.

• Work across the stack from a code commit to running it in production, with the end goal of delivering the best possible experience for the user • Design, develop and test features from inception to rollout • Write high-quality code that is scalable, testable, maintainable, and reliable • Independently own and drive new features from scratch • Work in an Agile environment and facilitate agile practices • Collaborate with people across roles to understand the domain and work towards building the right solution
