Junior Salesforce Administrator

Alten México

• Alta y baja de usuarios, gestión de roles, perfiles y permisos. • Configuración de campos, flujos simples, layouts y reglas de negocio. • Soporte funcional de primer nivel para usuarios finales. • Creación de reportes y dashboards personalizados. • Documentación de configuraciones realizadas y soluciones aplicadas. • Participación en capacitaciones y apoyo al equipo funcional. • Colaboración en entornos ágiles para entrega de requerimientos.

Job Requirements

  • Licenciatura o ingeniería en Sistemas, TI o afín (en curso o concluida).
  • De 0 a 2 años de experiencia administrando Salesforce.
  • Conocimiento de configuración básica: campos, layouts, flujos, dashboards.
  • Manejo de roles, perfiles y permisos.
  • Conocimiento básico de seguridad en Salesforce (OWD, sharing rules).
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y atención al usuario.
  • Certificación **Salesforce Administrator**.
  • Superbadges en Trailhead (Security, Reports, User Access).
  • Uso de herramientas como Data Loader, Jira o Confluence.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés técnico.
