• Identify and engage potential clients in the LATAM markets, leading the sales process from first contact to closing. • Own the full sales cycle for assigned markets (LATAM). • Generate new business through outbound prospecting. • Manage inbound leads from the CRM and convert interested prospects. • Book and deliver tailored product demos, adapting presentations to each prospect's needs. • Balance inbound and outbound efforts to maintain a healthy pipeline. • Build and nurture client relationships. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share feedback and improve messaging.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles.
- Knowledge of the LATAM markets.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued.
- Fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English.
- CRM proficiency: hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Data-driven mindset: able to interpret performance metrics to optimize conversion rates.
- Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems is a plus.
- Tech-savvy attitude: comfortable adopting new tools to improve productivity.
