Operating across Ethereum, Arbitrum, and multiple other chains, the client manages vaults, multisigs, and treasury systems where precision is paramount. This is not a "build-and-hand-off" role. The successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of critical automation infrastructure—from architecture and implementation to monitoring, failure handling, and continuous hardening. This individual will be responsible for the reliability, security, and observability of systems where the standard is absolute: operational errors result in real financial loss. Key Responsibilities - Security Automation: Lead the integration of security tools (such as Hypernative) across fortified wallets and Safes. Implement transaction policy scanning and establish comprehensive whitelisting across all operational wallets to meet institutional standards. - Automation Reliability: Build and maintain rigorous test suites for all critical paths, including signer flows, vault onboarding, and transaction validation. • Coordinate IT operations with the service providers to ensure delivery of timely and effective IT services that operate at a high level of stability and efficiency. • Work with the IT service provider to optimize and improve local company networks and servers. • Manage installations and upgrades of IT systems at Sensia facilities in close coordination with Global Real Estate Project Manager. • Be the single point of contact for IT escalations. • Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner by the service provider. • Provide support and guidance to Sensia employees globally. • Oversee end user device inventory, replacement and delivery to users. • Oversee the management, procurement and licensing of computer software applications driving common standards and best practises. • Develop and coordinate manufacturing OT practises in coordination with parent company experience. • Ensure backup of information and data to ensure recovery in event of system breakdown. • Establish periodic operations reviews and reports. • Reasonably challenge established standards to ensure that the correct technology is being applied for the best interests of Sensia. • Be able to evaluate new technologies to advance deliverables. • Develop and execute regular IT operations review with service.
