• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and analysts in providing technical assistance to municipalities for the planning and design of drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects in small, under-resourced communities • Independently assess community water and wastewater infrastructure needs • Develop clear, well-documented planning documents and technical reports (e.g., Preliminary Engineering Reports) • Deliver preliminary and detailed project designs suitable for securing infrastructure funding • Lead meetings with community stakeholders to gather information, facilitate project support, and ensure stakeholder buy-in • Depending on your qualifications and experience, support additional projects, including assessing and promoting innovative water and wastewater treatment technologies, evaluating design, cost, and environmental impacts of water infrastructure projects, and contributing to efforts to reduce human health and environmental risks from PFAS and other emerging contaminants • Mentor junior and mid-level staff as a subject matter expert and technical leader

• Provide services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services (Energy Engineer (EE)) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) | National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) • An individual or contractor that designs, develops, and implements energy projects and solutions, including renewable energy systems, energy efficiency measures, and sustainability initiatives • Provides technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle • Design and implement energy efficiency and renewable energy projects • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle

• Provide support engineering services to assigned SRR Engineering Teams. • Engineering support services include engineering analysis, walk downs, design development and generation of design output documents including but not limited to: P&IDs; Control Logics; Loop Diagrams; Instrument Indices; Setpoint Lists; Instrument and Control Valve Specifications; DCS and PLC Design; Instrument Location and Installation Design; Panel Layouts; and Vendor Document Review. • Individual at times will be required to travel off Site to interface with vendors, fabricators and other Engineering organizations.

• Contribute to assigned projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver secure customer outcomes. Lead teams within your capability area when required, and support the development, estimation, and review of proposals and submissions. • Design, build, and implement secure cloud and hybrid solutions that meet ACSC PROTECTED requirements, incorporating industry best practices and frameworks. • Conduct cybersecurity audits, gap analyses, and risk/vulnerability assessments across current and future-state architectures. • Provide expert guidance on cloud/hybrid cybersecurity architecture, security policies, processes, and the alignment of security requirements to frameworks. • Design and implement cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools. • Support the development and implementation of security policies and plans, and ensure the secure handling and storage of classified and sensitive information. • Participate in the development of internal methodologies, collateral, and IP.
