• Provide user support and conduct training for academic systems used by faculty and students; • Execute administrative processes within academic systems; • Assist in creating and updating manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for academic systems; • Support quality management and the monitoring of performance indicators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Education (Pedagogy), Business Administration, or a related field;
- Ability to operate software/systems;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to independently plan and execute daily work tasks in a disciplined manner;
- Basic English reading skills, as some systems are not available in Portuguese;
- Attention to detail and logical reasoning skills for tasks that require accuracy.
- Desirable:
- Comfort with routine tasks and a focus on maintaining consistent results;
- Sense of urgency;
- Ability to remain composed and resourceful under pressure;
- Previous experience in educational institutions.
