Job Posting Title Sr Business Manager, Concierge Economics (Remote - Eligible) This Senior Manager will serve as a critical leader on Concierge's Strategy & Analytics team, specifically focused on driving deeper understanding of Concierge economics. This leader's scope will span two distinct areas, both the existing Velocity Black business and Capital One Concierge, to drive customer outcomes and business value in both domains. To be successful in this role, individuals will need robust financial analysis and scenario projection skills, and especially an ability to translate this analysis into compelling narratives for the senior-most leaders of the company. Projects in this role include margin analysis, scenario analysis, testing & monitoring impacts, and ultimately driving progress toward one of the most exciting new strategic projects at Capital One. General Responsibilities: - Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory behavior - Business ownership: Have an ownership mindset, and potentially P&L accountability for a business segment. Strategic planning with a 1-6 month horizon - Leadership: May manage and develop a team of analysts.
