Javascript Developer
Paramo Technologies
• Join an international team to produce scalable software solutions • Collaborate with the engineering team to participate in the full software development life cycle • Build responsive UIs with React using NextJS and AstroJS • Handle real-time data updates, fast user interactions, and complex states • Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship features fast • Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability • Contribute to our shared component library and design system. • Develop and evolve design systems. • Follow modern high-quality development practices. • Be part of the on-call shift.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in modern frontend engineering
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and advanced CSS architecture
- Proven track record designing and scaling high-performance, real-time web applications
- Architectural understanding of state management patterns, performance optimization, rendering strategies, and frontend scalability
- Experience building and maintaining WebSocket-driven systems
- Hands-on experience with Next.js or Astro
- Comfortable owning and improving CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and influence frontend architecture across teams
- B2 English level.
