• Work with our customers, product managers, product engineers, and customer support, to scope, build, and iterate high value solutions. • Provide technical leadership to various software engineers and drive the long term technical strategy with scalable architecture and best practices. • Build and maintain data ingestion pathways spanning APIs, file processing, and configurable inputs. • Own and Implement the data/infrastructure engineering aspects end-to-end from idea to solution as part of a cross functional effort with your peers. • Work on the data pipeline architecture and optimize it for readability, maintainability, as well as cost. • Integrate with our machine learning and data science systems to deliver insights to our customers. • Maintain and augment the necessary infrastructure to scale our platform. • Write technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines to ingest and transform data from a variety of sources, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability. • Build and maintain APIs that enable flexible, secure, and tenant-aware data integrations with external systems. • Work with event-driven and batch processing architectures, ensuring data freshness and consistency at scale. • Drive clean API design and integration patterns that support both real-time and batch ingestion while handling diverse authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.). • Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting to track data freshness, failures, and performance issues, ensuring transparency and reliability. • Optimize data flows and transformations, balancing cost, efficiency, and rapid development cycles in a cloud-native environment. • Collaborate with data engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to create an integration platform that is flexible, extensible, and easy to onboard new sources.

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI. • Build and optimize REST APIs and backend services. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. • Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering standards.

• Atuar na concepção, desenvolvimento e evolução da camada backend da plataforma de IA. • Construir serviços com foco em escalabilidade, segurança, performance e integração com múltiplos sistemas. • Desenvolver APIs e componentes que sustentem o funcionamento da aplicação e sua comunicação com serviços externos. • Implementar integrações com APIs, serviços distribuídos e soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial. • Apoiar a evolução da arquitetura de serviços, considerando qualidade técnica, manutenção e crescimento sustentável. • Trabalhar em conjunto com frontend, arquitetura, produto e engenharia para garantir integração consistente entre sistemas e jornadas da plataforma. • Apoiar a construção de workflows automatizados e soluções orientadas a agentes. • Projetar e desenvolver serviços backend utilizando Python. • Implementar APIs REST escaláveis e seguras para consumo por aplicações frontend e sistemas externos. • Construir integrações entre serviços e arquiteturas distribuídas. • Garantir consistência entre contratos de API, lógica de negócio e consumo pelos clientes da plataforma. • Contribuir para a manutenção e evolução de componentes backend escritos em C#. • Desenvolver testes automatizados e apoiar pipelines de build e deploy. • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de frontend na definição de contratos de API e fluxos de integração. • Colaborar com arquitetura e engenharia na evolução da camada de serviços da plataforma. • Apoiar a construção de workflows automatizados e sistemas baseados em agentes. • Atuar de forma colaborativa com times de produto, design e engenharia. • Aplicar boas práticas de engenharia de software no desenvolvimento backend. • Garantir performance, segurança e escalabilidade dos serviços. • Manter padrões de organização de código e arquitetura de serviços. • Contribuir para a evolução contínua da base técnica da plataforma.
