Your role in our mission Key responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and the .NET framework. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to gather requirements and create seamless solutions. - Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Performing unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and reliability. - Optimizing application performance and scalability. - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. - Participating in code reviews and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. What we're looking for Technical Skills (Primary/Mandatory): - 8+ years of experience of working in .NET Core or C#.NET framework, WEB API, JQuery, LINQ, Entity Framework. - Experience in C#.Net, LINQ, HTML,CSS, ASP.NET, MVC, Ajax. - Experience of working in SQL Server, Oracle databases. - Experience in working with GitHub repositories is preferred. • Architect, implement, and optimize new features across web and mobile platforms • Focus primarily on our Laravel-based API while also pitching in to provide assistance with our Vue.js frontend (Inertia.js) and react native apps. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to shape our roadmap and deliver intuitive, high-impact experiences • Review pull requests, mentor junior developers, and enforce our code quality and testing standards • Optimize performance and ensure security across the stack

• Lead architectural decisions across the platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in high-load, data-heavy environments. • Drive cross-functional technical initiatives that have a broad impact across the product, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers. • Mentor and support other engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices through design reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. • Design and build distributed systems that handle complex workflows and large volumes of energy data efficiently and securely. • Take ownership of critical components, ensuring they evolve with the needs of the business and maintain a high bar for quality and resilience. • Influence technical direction and culture, helping shape how we build systems and collaborate as a team. • Contribute to strategic planning, helping define roadmaps and long-term technical vision in partnership with engineering and leadership.
