Job Description

Part-Time User Experience Analyst

Lone Rock Point

• Collaborating on user experience planning. • Consulting with clients and a range of team members. • Leading meetings with clients to understand requirements. • Identifying capabilities/services for end users. • Researching and identifying existing content and missing content to support the system development. • Creating/designing wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps. • Use storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture and develop user requirements. • Conducting user research activities such as usability testing and surveys. • Follow up on any submissions from user research activities. • Assist with IT capabilities and support for meetings. • Providing overview presentations and Q&A talks for various client teams. • Working knowledge of accessibility requirements is a plus.

  • Trained in Customer Experience fundamentals
  • 2 years of experience with O365 fundamentals including SPO, Power Apps and Flow
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ability to research and design is required including:
  • Experience and examples of authored knowledge base articles.
  • Experience and examples of customer journey maps.
  • Experience and examples of conducting usability tests, card sorts, field studies, survey analysis, and journey map analysis.
  • Experience and examples of ability to create wireframes.
  • Experience with user interface design patterns and best practice.
  • Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills required including:
  • Creating executive level briefings and project milestone briefings.
  • Ability to listen to customers and understand/gather requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of common software project management, technology products and stacks, as well as development practices.
