Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Information Technology;
- Proficiency in Cobol;
- Experience developing across different layers of the testing pyramid;
- Familiarity with agile development practices and version control (Git);
- Experience with relational databases, especially Postgres, and with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed systems;
- Experience with Jira Software and Confluence;
- Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and using Generative AI (GenAI);
- Ability to implement automation scripts for development processes using Python, Shell Script, or other languages.
