Senior Planning & Analytics Manager
Optro
• Drive our go-to-market planning process to ensure we are investing in the right places at the right time • Understand SaaS sales models, different monetization approaches to measure bookings, revenue, capacity to help construct plan metrics, sales segmentation, territory assignment, and quota setting approaches. • Data-Driven "Moneyball" Insights & Analytics: contribute to strategy and analytics development to provide actionable insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, and rep productivity, turning data into a competitive advantage. • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for sales, revenue, pricing, and customer performance. • Standardize metrics across regions, channels, and product lines to create a single source of truth • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for commercial and sales leaders. • Highlight risks, gaps, and underperforming segments before they impact revenue. • Establish go-to-market strategy, sales segmentation, KPI/scorecard framework • Create a dynamic propensity to buy /TAM model to help our sales team prioritize the customers and prospects who need our solutions • Collaborate with passionate teammates across the company to execute key projects
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of strategy, analytical, and/or operations experience working, ideally in the software / SaaS industry and/or management consulting
- Deep understanding of sales planning (territories and quota setting), sales processes, funnel management, and forecasting
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel/GSheet ( can perform complex functions) and Tableau to build model and drive analysis to support GTM strategy
- Advanced SQL, preferred Python/R capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to frame key strategic questions and structure and execute the analysis from complex data sets to answer those questions
- Empathy and ability to connect with sales leaders, account executives, and other go-to-market leaders to help them achieve big and bold objectives
- Cross-functional leadership skills to bring everyone across the company along
