• Manage software development projects • Manage and clarify project requirements • Act as Scrum Master in a Scrum/Agile Development Team • Ensure timely delivery and smooth team coordination • Communicate with Product Management and customers • Collaborate with local and remote internal/external teams and subcontractors • Provide project reporting and updates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
  • Strong background in software development
  • Proven experience with Scrum or Agile as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Russian or Norwegian is a plus, but not required
