• Gestión en exclusiva de su cartera de clientes del área geográfica asignada. • Planificación y organización de su trabajo comercial propia. • Gestión autónoma, consolidación y ampliación de cartera de clientes en zona. • Atención pre y post venta a los clientes, para lo cual se proporcionará información de los productos fabricados y comercializados que permitan la obtención de un elevado conocimiento del producto y de la filosofía Greenbuilding de la Empresa.
Job Requirements
- Imprescindible experiencia y conocimiento en el sector de la construcción.
- Imprescindible experiencia en venta de productos para la construcción.
- Valorable Estudios superiores, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación u otra técnica de construcción.
- Capacidad comunicativa con los diferentes agentes de la construcción.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
- Exclusividad y dedicación plena a la actividad profesional.
- Persona comprometida, orientada a resultados, con habilidad claramente comercial y espíritu emprendedor.
- Se valorarán conocimientos en eficiencia energética o experiencia en empresas con sistemas de eficiencia energética implantados.

• Lead the strategy, development, and measurement of sales enablement programs to improve and optimize knowledge, behavior, and skills for high-performing sales executives. • Develop content and programs that focus on value-based and strategic selling. • Develop, implement, and evolve an effective communications strategy for PYW Go-to-Market organization. • Own all aspects of sales onboarding and continuous improvement programs for sales, including but not limited to content creation, scheduling, and coordination, creation, and deployment. • Support product launches in partnership with product and product marketing by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand and sell the value of our solutions. • Support frontline sales managers, sales operations, and the executive leadership team in establishing an effective sales discipline and cadence.
