Technical Service Manager

• Provide guidance and supervision on installation, commissioning, and training of equipment, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance at customer sites. • Fill in service reports and establish equipment files to manage the customer's satisfaction with the use of equipment. • Understand the operation and maintenance status of existing installation customers, develop spare parts requirements of existing customers, develop spare parts sales plans and maintain customer relationships. • Support technical proposal development of energy-saving retrofit projects and cooperate with the end user or relevant parties to create the material list and process flow diagram of the energy-saving retrofit project and the layout drawing of pipeline installation. • Provide equipment operation guidance and maintenance technical and hands-on training to customers, support technical inquiries and understand equipment operation condition through regular site checkup visits.

Reporting to the Director of Global Sales, Wastewater, the WW Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales of the WW market in the East Coast of North America.
