• Technical pre-sales consulting for our customers • Managing international customers who use Microsoft 365 Companions • Analysis of use cases and recommendation of product configurations • Advising existing customers on renewals and contract adjustments • Conducting workshops and creating product documentation and sales materials • Technical support for product introductions and contributing to marketing projects
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in a technical role within the Microsoft 365 environment
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Ability to question and understand technical functionality
- Willingness to share knowledge with the team and contribute to its improvement
- Enthusiasm for new technologies
