• Write and maintain backend and API code to support platform functionality. • Ensure seamless data integration and manage relationships across complex data tables for various user roles.

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop software solutions using Python • Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code • Debug and troubleshoot software issues • Participate in code reviews and software testing • Assist in the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools • Work on identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies • Assist in documentation and maintenance of software

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Kotlin (backend) and React (frontend) • Work with Docker and containerization as part of deployment and DevOps tasks • Contribute to architectural decisions as the product evolves and scales • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support team growth • Participate in on-call rotations and handle critical security issues when they arise
