Administrative Assistant

State Supply

• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the management team • Answer and direct phone calls and emails • Organize and maintain company documents and records • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience working from home is a plus
