• Serve as the critical bridge between Excess Casualty, Operations, and Technology • Ensure successful delivery, quality, and ongoing performance of the ESCAPE platform • Combine Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Production Support, and API Integration oversight to drive a seamless digital underwriting experience • Partner with underwriting, distribution, operations, and DuckCreek to gather, define, and document business requirements • Translate complex underwriting workflow, appetite rules, and referral logic into clear functional specifications • Lead user acceptance testing in partnership with underwriting and operations teams • Monitor post-release performance and ensure issues are quickly identified and remediated • Act as a first line of business-side support for ESCAPE production issues • Analyze user feedback, live chat trends, and operational metrics to inform enhancements • Coordinate with IT, Portal Support, Broker Services, and DuckCreek to resolve incidents efficiently

• Be our resident Shopify expert (ecommerce websites) • Construct design solutions with the e-commerce team with a focus on improving website usability by building out custom Shopify themes and/or modify pre-existing themes • Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, CSS JQuery, Java, .NET, XML. • Implementing third-party solutions & apps. • Want to learn to build on the Silverstripe platform. • Experience developing front-end web applications that perform well on all devices using modern languages and frameworks. • Managing our site codebase & ensure that all code on the site is in use or removed. • Ensuring consistently excellent performance on all major devices/browsers, including fast load times & bug-free core functionality. • Work with e-commerce stakeholders to scope new requests, plan and implement those requests on a priority basis • Working closely with the team to ensure practicality & function of designs. • Work with the Ecommerce team to implement SEO/CRO best practices on Shopify sites.

• Taking product images and turning it into high-quality lifestyle images or infographics that will be used mainly for Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. • Create packaging designs
